Q: DO you use anything dangerous in your show ??
A: While we do, based on age, use larger and more advanced props than most magician, all our props and illusions are 100% safe. We have been doing this far too long to risk anyone's health. We will sometimes build drama into our shows, but it ends up as a joke most of the time based on age and type of show. Please feel free to contact the Better Business Bureau or Military Duns about our safety and business record. Please let us know of any special safety concerns you may have with your event or audience.
Q: Do you need power or a plugin and what type ?
A: For most small shows, its not nessary but a single 110 power is recommended for more advanced props and setup.
Q: Do you do shows in uncovered areas?
A: Generally no. Due to sun and heat damage plus remember your guests will be sitting for awhile and you want them as comfortable as possible to enjoy the show. (We can provide a tent with advanced notice. More than 72 hours ...
Q: HOW long are the shows and how much room do you need ?
A : The basic show is 45min to 1hr based on age and complexity of the show.
( set up sizes based on no stage and small to medium illusions )
small show: 4 feet x 8 feet min ( plus room for audience )
med show: 8 feet x 16 feet min (plus room for audience)
large show: 16 feet x 16 feet min ( plus 8 feet over head clearance )
Q: For larger shows do I need to provide a sound system ?
A: Yes and no. We bring our own sound system but may need to have contact with your sound person.
Q : WHY MUST I PAY A DEPOSIT ?
A: Magic Shows are as special as your loved one and it sometimes takes many hours to custom make and pack a show! Plus, I only do 1 to 2 shows a day, so I can do my best! There are so many shows I could do, BUT, I do the first to BOOK and pay the DEPOSIT. If you have ever seen a show of mine, you would know what time I put into them and I DO NOT need to waste your time or MINE.
Q: Does submitting a request lock me into a magic show?
A: NO WAY! Submitting a magic show request only says you are interested in a show or other type of entertainment we have . It gives me an idea of what, when and where so I can say yes or no pertaining to time and location. Paying the deposit after I contact you is the only time you are guaranteed a date and time and locked in for that show!
Q: Is my deposit refundable?
A: YES, if a cancellation is made 72 hrs prior to the event by contacting us! We will refund all deposits as soon as possible or it will be forfeited or applied to 50% of total bill owed at billing time if canceled less than 24 hrs notice per contract.
Q: What do I need to do after I BOOK a SHOW?
A: NOTHING! Just send out the custom invitations we have at the magic shop waiting for you or copy them off this web site for printing. If you do not have a printer we will make copies for you at $ 1 per card plus shipping if required. Also, please read the contract before I show up!!!
Q: CAN I RECORD or TAKE PICS OF SHOW?
A Yes Pictures Take as Many as you Want.

As such, there is a significant body of law that falls under the headings of "confidentiality" and "contract law" that is used to control or protect them. These measures can effectively allow a perpetual monopoly in secret information - ie. It does not expire as would a patent or copy right in a Court of Law. A: YES!!! PLEASE Take as many pictures as you like, but do to the code of non infringement, we ask if during review of pictures taken any trade secrets are seen please delete or discard. There are many times in the show the performer will say get your camera ready. Also before or after the show pictures with the magician with the special child or guest can be taken!
